When Lena recorded her first series soundtrack, filming was nearly over. She knew exactly why Alin wanted to make things right with Jane. She sang the lead, then recorded her own harmonies. She told TrueID she had come away with a skill she hadn’t known she had.

Alin has come home after years away and wants Jane to trust her again. Lena told TrueID that thinking about that scene moved her to tears during vocal practice. She recorded both the lead and the harmonies. The single came out on October 3, ahead of the series.
Duet with Miu · 2026
แล้วเราจะได้รักกันไหม

The title asks, roughly, “Will we get to love each other?” It is the question that Peem and Pan keep coming back to in PLS Love. The September 6 release credits Lena Lalina and Miu Natsha together. The official music video lets you hear where their voices meet.
Two nights in Manila
At the UP Theatre on May 23 and 24, 2026, the audience heard something different each night. Lena performed “Black Magic” on the first night and “Kiss Me” on the second. She and Miu opened the first show with the Filipino song “Pano,” then recreated scenes from My Safe Zone for the crowd the following day.
The teenager who chose Bangkok
Lena grew up in Chiang Mai with a Thai mother and a Canadian father. The family was preparing to move to Canada when a talent scout offered her an audition. She flew to Bangkok with her mother, got the part, and had a decision to make. Her sister went on to study in Canada. Lena and her mother moved to Bangkok, where Lena signed with Channel 3.
Two dramas were already taking up her week. After lower secondary school she studied for equivalency exams so she could apply to Chulalongkorn University. In a 2017 interview she named communication arts there as her goal. In a later interview she could finally say she had graduated. She completed the international programme in the Faculty of Communication Arts.
Four months learning to move as eight
Lena also wanted to be one of Chulalongkorn’s ceremonial drum majors for the traditional football match with Thammasat. In her first year she made the team. She remembers finishing class at four, arriving at rehearsal by five, and practising with the other seven until around midnight. Years later, asked what she took away from it, she talked about the friendships she still had.

Series & episodes
2026 · Peem
PLS Love
Phakinee, known as Peem, meets Pan by the sea before she learns that Pan works at a luxury club. Lena plays someone with enough money and authority to act on her assumptions. Part of the pleasure of watching her with Miu a second time is seeing Lena play the woman who has to unlearn them.
Series & episodesThe award for Alin
At the 2026 Y Entertain Awards, Lena won Leading Girls’ Love Star of the Year for My Safe Zone. In a Khaosod interview she described reading letters from viewers who said the series had helped them through an illness or a difficult period. Those letters changed what she thought a performance could do for someone.

Two women, one face in Her in Frame
In her first feature film, Lena plays Kamonwan in an earlier era and Mintra in the present, opposite Tor Thanapob. She told Praew that Kamonwan moves and reacts at a slower pace. Mintra makes up her mind and sticks to it. The two look alike, so those small differences have to do real work on screen.
For the scenes involving Thai textiles, Lena drew on shopping trips with her mother. She remembered seeing how patterns changed from one province to the next. That childhood memory gave her a way into a character with a specialist’s eye for cloth. The film premiered in Thailand in August 2026.

From the Chanel front row to the cover
In Paris in March 2026, Lena wore a butter-yellow knit set with flowers at the sleeves and hem to Chanel’s Fall/Winter show. In Biarritz the next month, the detail to look for on her tweed was a ladybug. In June she and Miu appeared on ELLE Thailand’s digital cover in Chanel’s Métiers d’art collection. By October they were back in Paris for the Spring/Summer 2027 show.
The November Vogue Thailand cover brought Lena back to clothes she had watched on the runway. She told Vogue how different it felt to put them on herself. A model had already shown her one way to wear them, and now she got to decide what to bring to them. The issue also came out in her and Miu’s shared birthday month.

In her own words
Books, art and a quiet afternoon
Lena describes herself as an introvert. In her November Vogue interview, she said that time to herself, a book and art are among the things she seeks out. Ask her to picture life ten or twenty years from now and she has an unusually specific answer. She told Khaosod she could imagine growing vegetables in the hills of Chiang Mai.

How she found TikTok
In 2020 Lena started posting dances because she was bored at home. She remembers one clip approaching ten million views and suddenly being recognised for her dancing. What kept her posting was simpler. On a set she had a character to play. On her own account she could decide what a day in her life looked like.
What she brought on the second flood-relief visit
Lena went by boat to the Khlong Chan housing community in Bangkok with meals, snack boxes and doughnuts. On a later trip to Lam Luk Ka in Pathum Thani, she brought something else residents had needed on that first visit. Alongside 300 meals and 300 snack boxes were around 360 packs of sanitary pads. Fans helped fund the supplies, and Lena joined the people distributing them.
