Two people awake when the rest of the world is quiet
Luna’s sleep disorder keeps her schedule out of step with ordinary life. Harry’s work as an overnight radio host puts her on the air when people are often at their most candid. Their connection grows in that shared nocturnal space, where conversation can feel more honest because the usual daytime noise has fallen away.
The series also gives both women identities and challenges that are often pushed to the edge of mainstream romance. Harry is a wheelchair user; Luna is trying to navigate a condition that affects the rhythm of her daily life. Their relationship is not presented as a cure for either woman. Instead, intimacy grows through being listened to, understood, and treated as a whole person.

AsianGL Verdict
Sleep With Me is compact enough to finish quickly but ambitious in what it centers. It treats queer romance, disability, work, isolation, and desire as parts of the same adult life rather than separate issue-driven storylines.
Lovi Poe and Janine Gutierrez give the relationship an easy intimacy, while Samantha Lee’s direction keeps the tone tender rather than overly sentimental. It is a useful reminder that Southeast Asian GL has important roots outside Thailand too.
