Faye Peraya Malisorn and Atom Pariya Piyapanopas will lead a new Thai GL series, Love in the Fast Lane (รักนี้ไม่ต้องซ่อม), iQIYI Thailand announced on November 5, 2026.

A workplace romance in a supercar garage

The official synopsis follows Pakhwan, a superstitious young woman from northern Thailand who moves to Bangkok for an internship at a luxury-car repair shop. Her first day puts her in conflict with the garage’s hot-tempered mechanic, known as Gael or Gail.

Pakhwan later learns that the mechanic is actually Mintra, the wealthy heir who owns the garage and has the authority to decide whether the internship succeeds. Daily clashes, teasing and shared work gradually turn into a relationship that helps both women heal.

iQIYI’s announcement names FayeAtom as the stars but does not assign the two character names individually, so AsianGL is leaving that casting detail open until the production confirms it.

What is confirmed — and what is not

Love in the Fast Lane is set to stream through the iQIYI app and IQ.com. No premiere date, episode count, full cast list, filming schedule or release cadence was included in the announcement.

The reveal followed Faye and Atom’s appearance at iQIYI iJOY TH 2027 at ICONSIAM HALL in Bangkok. Fabel Entertainment documented the pair at the showcase and described a “next chapter” for FayeAtom, while iQIYI supplied the title, premise and platform confirmation.

Why the announcement matters

The project gives FayeAtom another lead GL series after Broken of Love and begins a newly confirmed collaboration with iQIYI. It also turns the pair’s iJOY appearance from a schedule listing into a substantial series announcement for AsianGL readers.
