  • Namtan Tipnaree Named Thailand National Winner at AACA 2026

Actress and Pairing News · Awards

Namtan Tipnaree Weerawatnodom is Thailand’s national winner for Best Actress in a Supporting Role at the 2026 Asian Academy Creative Awards. GMMTV announced the result on September 30, confirming that the recognition is for her performance in Enigma Black Stage.

The official AACA national-winners list independently names Namtan, Enigma Black Stage, GMMTV and Parbdee Tawesuk in the category. This is a country-level win: Namtan now represents Thailand in the Asia-Pacific competition, whose Grand Awards Gala is scheduled for December 3, 2026 at Capitol Theatre in Singapore. It should not yet be described as the overall regional award.

Why it matters for AsianGL readers

The winning role is outside GL, but the result adds major regional acting recognition to one of Thai GL’s most visible performers. Namtan leads Pluto and is part of the upcoming ensemble in Girl Rules, making the national award especially relevant to readers following NamtanFilm.

  • Moonshadow Reaches No. 1 in Ten Territories

Series News · Actress and Pairing News

GMMTV reported on October 1, 2026, that Moonshadow reached No. 1 in ten territories and also ranked in additional locations. The company thanked viewers for supporting the series and directed fans toward its continuing Wednesday broadcast.

GMMTV’s post used the hashtag #MoonshadowSeriesEP8 while also telling viewers to return for Episode 8 next Wednesday. Because those details conflict, AsianGL is treating this as a series-wide international milestone rather than attributing it to a specific already-aired episode.

Music remains central to the Moonshadow campaign

The same official update highlighted three songs connected with the series: “Red Kiss” by EmiBonnie, “Glitch” by Emi Thasorn, and “Your One” by Bonnie Pattraphus.

Moonshadow is also available to watch on iQIYI (iq.com), including in the United States. A VIP subscription may be required for some episodes, and availability varies by region.

Moonshadow airs Wednesdays at 8:30 PM Thailand time on GMM25, followed by its oneD replay at 9:30 PM, according to GMMTV. The multi-territory result is a useful signal of international attention around Moonshadow and EmiBonnie during the series’ current run.

  • Namtan Tipnaree Named Prada Brand Ambassador

Prada has officially named Namtan Tipnaree Weerawatnodom a brand ambassador, adding another major international luxury-house role to the growing global fashion presence of Thai GL actresses.

The announcement places Namtan in Prada’s #PradaPeople ambassador network. Prada’s official corporate account confirmed the appointment in September 2026.

For AsianGL, the significance goes beyond a single campaign: Namtan is one of the most visible actresses associated with the current Thai GL wave, and a formal ambassador appointment from Prada strengthens the connection between GL talent and the international luxury-fashion industry.

Fans can also find Namtan in the AsianGL Actresses directory and explore related pairings and industry connections in the Thai GL Universe.
